"Pharmacist went out of her way to help us when my daughters prescription was out of stock. After checking another local store to find they were also no stock, she went out of her way to come up with a solution of using an alternate strength and changing dosage. She then contacted our GP to have the prescription ammended and kept us updated on the phone. Daisy is a real asset to the Boots brand"
"This pharmacy is great! I order my prescription and its ready straight away. They txt me and when I arrive it is ready and they are polite and friendly. Believe me at other pharmacies this does not happen!"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good stocks and able to order most things for next day."
"Not impressed of late. £10 prescription charge, others deliver free. Pharmacist in boundary road most impolite. Queens parade were not over helpful either. During this pandemic, I would expect staff to be helpful. I've experienced so much kindness in the community from so many stores. My surgery suggested I change to Kamson's. They offer free delivery & were very polite, patient & helpful, like my experience with boots in the past."
"I received a txt today (29/1/18) from Boots 10/11 Queens Parade, BN3 saying my prescription was ready. As my partner was close to Boots, she went and asked for the prescription. The person (who was new) serving her said there was no prescription for me. Later the same day, I went along and showed my txt message (it must have been the same person as they mentioned my wife had already inquired) and again I was told no prescription. I reminded her that it was probably something to do with a previous unfulfilled prescription, and again I was told that nothing had been received, but the person serving new about the medicine having manufacturing problems which she said they still had. I remembered that I had a receipt for the unfulfilled prescription and had received the text message saying I had a prescription ready, when again I was told that there was nothing for me. Fortunately another person (who I have seen on many occasions at this Boots) indicated that she needed to look in the prescription box (you would have thought this was common sense) where my prescription/medicine was found. No apology or even the slightest bit of regret was shown which was disappointing and I was annoyed enough to write this review. Boots please train you staff on the basics of serving in a pharmacy and being polite and attentive. My partner and I wasted over an hour at this pharmacy due to your badly trained staff."
