"Having been pretty much ignored at the bigger chemists, even told that the meds I needed weren't avaible, even to be ordered, I went to Gunns. Not only did they have some of what I needed, but also ordered in what they didn't have. The pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and understanding. Five star service, Thank you."

The question was regarding dosages and on alternatives which is what my GP asked me to do. I had to go and ask about alternatives to a difference pharmacy who were equally confused on why the dispensing pharmacy couldn't assist. Second time this happens."

"Owner clearly been doing the job way to long, I dont think he has a caring bone in his body. Very rude and not willing to listen. My 5 year old with autism and adhd has become very poorly today and have had to get him from school. I'm a single mum with no support so when the doctor called to advise about sending antibiotics to gunns as he needs fluid and they was showing they had it in stock I thought I would phone as I wanted to see if there was anyway it could be delivered. To be told they dont have it wont be ordering it in and will put it back to spine and I have to do all the phoning around to see if anywhere had it in stock I kept getting what I was trying to say cut and not let to finish what I was saying I feel surely there is a system they can check to see where it is in stick and try and be helpful in some kind of way but nope just. I for one find it a worrying time at the momemt with children with what's going around and has just sent my anxiety through the roof not that I have any way of collecting medication with a poorly child but I have done nothing but call around where I feel there could have been a little bit more help from the owner. Every place I have tried to call lines are nothing but busy. Surely places like this have a duty of car. Very disappointed i bet if this was one of the owners children he would make sure he got what was needed in a heartbeatplace should be closed down or maybe it's time for a new owner as this one dont care about anyone or there feelings or why a parent would be so worried"
