"I was having trouble finding a shop that could replace my electric key when I decided to try the Norwich food centre. I was greeted by a very polite worker who helped me straight away. After asking to put some electric on it, I was advised to test the key out in my meter first. This was my first time getting a new key so I appreciated the advice given. Very lovely place to shop!"

"The most uncomfortable shopping experience ever. I went to buy a few items today & was being monitored by an attendant like I was a thief or something. I took two items, left & went to Tesco where at least I could move with ease. I wouldn't recommend this shop & would never set foot back there again. To the staff, check your prejudices."
