What they lack in floorspace compared to Smyth's Toys they make up for in their regular sales, with some products going for as much as 66% off. "I've never shopped at the entertainer before (other than a on sale makka pakka at another store but that's besides the point) And I was walking past with a friend to go to the bus station and I saw the squishmallow display and had a look, not thinking I'd go in. But there was a person greeting people and he started talking to me. He was such a good sales man I must admit! He was holding a big squishmallow and had a small on on his shoulder. He told me that there were different mallows inside and that they make good neck pillows and are very huggable! So he enticed to go look, and he was able to convince me to buy one, honestly the best worker I've spoken to. He was really kind, and I did end up buying one because of him. Not to mention how nice the worker at the till was! She knew the name before I looked at the tag! The best experience I've ever had in a store! 10/10 customer service. I got home and ordered another squishmallow online from the entertainer! If either one of the workers I mentioned see this, thank you. You made my day so much better! "
