"To start off, there’s no words to fault the food or the drinks. Granted the food wasn’t 10000% perfect, but when we went it was very busy so minor imperfections are understood, and not cared about as the food was amazing. We had breakfast lunch and dinner and they were all exceptional. The check in and our process was virtually instant and was made quick and easy. The downsides: During dining and drinking, one thing we noticed was very few staff members actually came in and checked up on us, leaving us constantly to flag people down, and being left waiting ages to order a drink. The room was unfortunately a big let down. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and faultless. However, for €290 for 2 nights we felt robbed. There was 3 phones in the apartment room, none of which worked. The doors were dirty, chipped and scraped. The carpets had stains, and for €290 I really expected a LOT more than a mason jar, 1/3 filled with a few cheap teabags and coffee sachets. The apartments are without a doubt lacking soundproofing. The cleaners were going around from 12-2pm and I understand they have a job to do, but screaming down hallways, slamming doors constantly over and over again at 12:30 is very unfair to guests. We were happy with the food and drink, but if we were to return we’d definitely look for a nicer quieter room."
"Beautiful hotel with great bar, outdoor sitting, perfect location. Delicious vegan options, fresh tasty drinks, great service. Stayed overnight in a comfortable room that had everything one could ask for. Beautifully lighted up at night, definitely recommend! Surprised it only has two stars!!"
"Great place to have a bite after a good see side walk. Seefood chowder is just divine. Choice of draught IPA is a bonus. Will go there every time, when in Bray"
"Lively hotel so the rooms were a bit noisy but the fabulous food, service and atmosphere more than made up for it. I would consider coming back as the hotel has so much going for it! Located on sea front with lovely walks on your doorstep and within walking distance of everything. We parked at the end of the pier after dropping off our luggage which was free of charge and saved having to buy a parking ticket at 7am"
"I stopped by for a lovely afternoon lunch and drink in June 2022. It was peaceful to sit in the back garden area while I ate, read and worked on my journal. Staff was very friendly and the food was AMAZING! Next time I’ll book a stay in the hotel to be beach side while enjoying the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere in Bray!"
