"Went in with an appointment for a private flu jab (courtesy of work). Booked for 11:30, turned up to find the staff is a state of panicked disarray, a massive queue of 7 people who also had appointments (some getting on for 45 in the past). Was confidently told there was a 15 minute wait, after 10 minutes when no one actually was served, seen to or acknowledged, I decided it wasn’t worth waiting (so they very gladly booked me a different appointment). Won’t be going there again"
