"collection service very bad. I always wait a long time."
"Very disappointed my parcel had been delivered to another store when asking the young girl what I should do she said I’ve other ppl to serve and started rolling her eyes at me I asked her to not roll her eyes she said I’m not u don’t let me finish at this point I told her to leave it and I asked to speak to the manager. She then started crying very loud and saying it’s her she won’t let me speak and caused a big performance so others could see which lead to everyone looking at me I was so embarrassed, some other member of staff took her to the back where I could here her blaming me and saying it was my fault. The manager didn’t even apologise for her actions and told me to re-order myself after 30 minutes in the store and no shoes I came away feeling so embarrassed I don’t want to go in again."
"Staff not very helpful and the baby socks in particular were out of stock in 3 different designes in size 6 months. Store layout is nice but the staff all need to be a bit happier and helpful"
