Reviews
"I am quite surprised at the attitude of the male staff on the 1st floor, they are rude and have a nasty look at customers, I think the store should reconsider its staff training"
"I wish I could give less than one star. The Nottingham branch needs to budget for some employee training. The customer service was absolutely appalling. I have been in the store twice now and both times it has been dreadful. The employees talk down to customers assuming they cannot afford the items in the store displaying behaviours of prejudice and discrimination. I am DISGUSTED by the lack of emotional intelligence the staff at the store obtain which is something that should be considered when hiring. In particular on the women's floor- rude staff, no manners and absolutely no patients when customers are trying to decide what to purchase. Everything seems like a chore for them. Flannels please ensure your employees understand what customer service truly means because at the moment, the store is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store. Disappointed, but cannot say I am surprised when checking out the other reviews."
"Spent a lot of money on a jacket and wasn’t even acknowledged or told about returns policy. Young female sales assistant with blonde hair , name started with an A was rude to my family and was very heavy handed with the jacket I was buying. Acted like we was rude for buying 50mins before closing time."
"Poor costumer service. Came in store today to buy some men’s Valentino shoes, was told to wait as no staff available then after waiting told to wait again as staff was busy serving customers. Shop was pretty much empty with over 5 staff on shop floor, so left as I wasn’t being served"
"Visited the store today at 545pm. 6-8 staff in store and no customers and I wasn’t even acknowledged. Young female sales assistant then informs me that they are closing at 550pm even though it was advertised on the door as closing at 6pm. Didn’t get asked if I needed help as time was running out just basically leave as we want to close. Old enough to remember the days of cruise flannels where the staff were dressed properly, well informed about the labels they were selling and actually wanted to make a sale. Avoid at all costs. Unreal! Whoever is in charge wants to take a look at the calibre or staff because staff of that ilk will accelerate the death of the high street."
