"We ordered our Bebecar Stylo Class pram from Little Angels Prams to ship to the US. We had great communication with the store throughout the entire process including quotes for shipping and estimated arrival time. Once shipped our pram arrived quickly and in beautiful condition. We are so excited to use it when the baby arrives! I would definitely recommend ordering from Little Angels Prams to those who are hesitant about shipping internationally. They made the transaction seamless!"

"Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I ordered a babystyle changing bag, had an estimated. Estimated delivery date came and went no notification of dispatch. After 3 days, I contacted them withen Make an enquiry form in their website and I did not get any answer even after 5 working days! I did email their sales service and asked for cancelation the order because I was not happy with their service. They responded on the following day, saying your order has been canceled and refunded. They even did not bother themself by saying sorry for inconvenience!"

"Terrible. Avoid at all costs. I would put 0 stars if possible. Ordered a car seat, had an estimated delivery of two weeks. Estimated delivery date came and went no notification of dispatch. Called customer service where they inform me they don't have the item in stock and are awaiting it from supplier. I asked how long that would be, they didn't know. Got a call back the following day to be informed it would be another two weeks until they had the item. Nowhere on the website did it say the gods were either not in stock or had to be ordered from supplier. They had already taken money on order rather than waiting to take on delivery/dispatch like most online companies, so I am now out of pocket awaiting a refund in order to place order from somewhere with the item actually in stock. The way they are currently operating is fraudulent and they should be avoided at all costs. UPDATE : Nowhere on the website did it state the item wasn't in stock. Also if I hadn't contacted about whereabouts of g goods when would I have been told about delivery? Customer service is poor"

"Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend. All staff were super helpful with finding us everything we wanted in a pushchair. It took us 3 visits to the store and the staff remained patient. Special shout out to Luke from Venicci, Vicky and all the staff at Little Angel Prams you all made this purchase stress free."
