"There are a variety of Christmas gift ideas especially during these difficult financial times. The shop now sells good quality clothes and shoes that are cheaper prices. I would recommend the place especially during this festive season."
"I am a fairly regular visitor especially when I need change. Most things are more than a pound nowadays but still bargains abound!!!!"
"Not as cheap as it used to be, hard to find items at £1 now, most items £1:25, bars of Milka chocolate have gone from 75p a bar, to £1, which is a rediculous amount, items have also got smaller while the price goes up."
"By far the worst shop I’ve ever been in. As a disabled customer I’ll never set foot in this particular store again. Not because of the store itself but the customers absolute ruined my last visit here. Large groups of people all round the store just standing in the aisles not moving when I said excuse me can I get my wheelchair past you please. Literally I just got stared at and either had to keep waiting for them to move along a bit (only to stop in a group and block the aisles again) or turn round and attempt a different route only to find different groups of people blocking the aisles. Another wheelchair user event parked her chair sideways at an angle across the end of an aisle meaning nobody else could pass. Had she gone in parallel to the shelves she wouldn’t have blocked the side. Again I said excuse me please twice and got stared at so had to Ruffin round go all the way to the back of the shop and battle my way back down another aisle. One young looking man, with the air of a student, even grabbed my wheelchair and tried to physically push me to one side when I was stuck trying to get passed the group of six people he was with who were blocking the aisles. At that point I dumped my basket and left the shop writing buying a thing. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. None of this is the shops fault but I’ll avoid this particular Poundland from now on"
