"Ordered over a week ago. Chased twice as its not even showing as picked yet but nobody ever responds. Came here to check reviews - wish I had before I ordered as it looks like a common issue things taking forever to arrive and zero customer service. It takes a couple of minutes to reply to an email... c'mon guys! Hopefully my order will appear in the next few days, if not I'll contact my bank to sort a refund as its a waste of time trying to get in touch with these guys. UPDATE - about an hour after leaving this review, they cancelled my order! Still nothing in terms of any form of customer service. Dodged a bullet there and glad it's been cancelled! Will use one of the many other online clothes retailers who understand customer service..."
"Really lovely dungarees, but the worst customer service I have come across. The dungarees took a really long time to arrive (almost 3 weeks) and this wasn’t all due to Royal Mail as there was two weeks between me placing my order and getting an email to say it’s been shipped. I then had to return something and you have to contact them to request a return - that took a week for them to reply and I had sent a couple of emails asking if anyone was going to respond with no answer. They received my return back on the 2nd December (I tracked it) and I didn’t get my refund back in my account until the 6th January (when PayPal said I had received a refund but I then didn’t get it until 10 days later) - over a month later, more like a month and a half. I wouldn’t buy from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you see their products in an independent shop I would suggest getting them there and not going with their online shop."
"Bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas on 26th November. Got an email confirming payment. £30.34 gone from bank account. No email confirming dispatch. No tracking details. I emailed the shop twice, texted, phoned their mobile and the shop phone (neither was ever answered), messaged through Facebook and through Instagram. Nothing. No response. No answer. No info. No apology. For a whole month. I've been polite and patient but now I'm just disappointed, as was my daughter yesterday. Terrible, rude, ineffective customer service. Don't buy from them. They just take your money and ignore you. I have all the screenshots... I'm now pursuing this through my bank for a full refund."
"Placed online order 3rd April, was advised that I'd receive notification when shipped - a week or so later I hadn't received this so I enquired via email seeking an update and received no response. I then enquired via Facebook on the 13th and was advised (within 5 mins) that the order had been shipped the previous week. I emailed an enquiry again on the 21st seeking clarification as my order on Klarna was still listed as being processed, not shipped, and I still hadn't received my order. The next day (22nd) I received the aforementioned notification of shipping via Klarna without any responses from the store to my enquiry. The postage label on the parcel indicates that it actually wasn't posted until the 25th. I really don't mind orders taking longer when ordering from indie retailers, what I take issue with is the lack of transparency, and the avoidance of communication is unfortunately the worst I've ever experienced from any online purchase I've made - further to this the only communication that I did receive was misleading. A brief courtesy email advising if there was a delay would have sufficed."
