"So far not a good experience & I’ve had nothing done yet. Tried for a week to get apt booked, when I finally got through I was told I needed to get bloods done by my gp first. Could of put this on the letter. When I rang back 2wks after getting bloods done (took a week to get through to my gp) they said they would check & ring back. They rang me back to say I needed to get bloods done, serious lack of communication. Eventually I got booked in after another 2 calls. I was waiting on an email with a password with instructions & I did not receive this. so I rang 3 days prior & had to chase it up. 24hrs later no password I received instructions. I was then told the afternoon before (yesterday) my booking in time was pushed back 1hr. I arrived to my apt today I was outside trying to figure out how to get inside, need some code or a secret handshake, when I got a call to say my apt WAS CANCELLED. A problem with equipment THAT MORNING & they hadn’t bothered to call me just let me waste my time, fasting, stressing, travelling, etc. Disgusting service for a private hospital to cancel at the time of my apt. I want my fuel reimbursed, my £3 car parking charge (for 10mins), the car parking is a ridiculous price to begin with! & the time/money that it cost me to be off work!"
"Terrible hospital. I was the last patient of the day and for that reason had to do my procedure without any pain relief… a treatment usually performed under sedation. I was then rushed out in a lot of pain. Never use 352 it’s simply awful."
"Avoid if possible.....worse than any NHS Hospital I made the mistake of booking a Private Dermatology appt with 352. Very easy and quick online. Paid, made the appointment and that was it. That was the highlight of any interaction I have ever had with them. I never heard from them again after taking my £190. Except 24 hrs before my appointment someone range to say the Doctor could not make my appointment! I was offered another time the next day..but I do work for a living so sadly cannot just get up and leave at less than 24 hr notice. I am unable to drop everything. That is why I went private? Was offered another appointment with a different Doctor a week later. OK. Not great but I took it. I asked the lady to email to confirm the new appointment time and Doctor and it was the same price that was already paid. The email I received said " as per our conversation." Literally that was all it said! So emailed back, asking her to confirm the date, time and Doctor and that it was paid for. After asking twice, she finally confirmed. Then another lady called and said that actually I had to download some App. Register with it and contact the new Doctor via it? Her secretary would then be in touch within 24 hrs. But I have already booked a time and date. I have the time off work? What is going on I asked? I was asked to wait for her secretary to call?! I wasted 30 mins of my life doing the App thing. No response. No contact nothing. Nobody range me with 24 hrs. The following evening, at the time of my initial appointment my phone rang. It was the Doctor I had made the 1st appointment with! Yes I had made a video appointment..but hey I will take it. I know you are expecting my call he said. Er actually no. Firstly I booked a video call. Plus a lady rang to cancel and said you were not available? No idea what that was about he said. Had consultation..all of 3 mins? Emailed him a photo. He would get back to me. Three days later the 2nd Doc's secretary rang re my new appointment I had made on the phone and via the app. No they had not got my new appointment?!! Did I want another one? Actually 352 had got it wrong I had my appointment? Did they not give you the message? No. 24 hrs later I got a text from 352 saying I had a telephone appointment that evening at 6pm. I assumed it was follow up after my telephone appointment for results from the Doctor I spoke to on the phone. So I waited and waited..and waited. No call. I tried calling 352. No reply. I called the next morning. Was on hold for . They had no idea what appointment? I gave up. Truly utterly useless. Emailed the Doctor for follow up. He is not seeing private patients in person. Fantastic. Yes I need to be referred to get the mole removed! So complete wasted of money and time! I have to get NHS referral anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
"Was waiting on a prescription from a consultant. The consultant wrote it on Tuesday, so his job done. Friday I had still not received it. I rang 3 times & asked what had happened & what they could do. They told me that it was posted on Tuesday on each of these 3 occasions, not a help, not going to provide me with medication on Saturday! Probably posted 2nd class, (I live 10 miles away), I could walk quicker. I ended up with no resolution & no medication for Saturday & Sunday, unless my snail mail comes 4 days later. This has happened before. One would expect consultants to have a better clerical & support system."
"Went to see Dr Chandratheua at the number 6 Lisburn Rd clinic. I was sent as an NHS WLI patient as the NHS uses 3fivetwo Healthcare to cut down on the waiting lists. I thought the reception staff were very friendly and the consultant himself was excellent and very though. I did not feel like it was a rushed consultation at all and I was actually seen early as I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and there was no queue. This is definitely the best NHS service I have had recently. The only issue some people might have here is the location as there is not much parking about apart from on-street and it is a busy part of town so if your driving leave time to find parking, but I got the bus so it made no difference to me."
