"I made a booking with Blooming Grooming for them to come to groom my dog, but on the day they just didn't turn up, I got no contact from them until late afternoon the day after, when I was told via a message that she had had crippling wisdom tooth pain the day she was suppose to come, and that she had taken painkillers and had been knocked out by them and apologised for lack of communication! She asked if I wanted to rebook, so I said yes, but would need it doing asap and asked when she could next fit my dog in. Since I sent that message, I have heard nothing no reply or call, not a word, that was 3 days ago now!! I appreciate that the lady may have been in a lot of pain on the day she booked to come to me, and sympathise with that, but prior to taking the tablets, I think it would have been thoughtful and profession to call and explain that she would not be coming to the appintment that day as planned, and not just take pills and say nothing to me. I had arranged to stay in that day and planned my day around her coming, so to be let down without even a word from her was not really good, and then to not be responded to when I ask to rebook is really not professional at all. If you let someone down then the least you can do is respond quickly and do all you can afterwards to make ammends and ensure you offer them another time straightaway to make up for letting them down. I have not had a good experience with this business and although I appreciate that the owner was not well, which can not be helped at all, the way she dealt with it and handled it was not very professinal or considerate."
