"The only charity shop in Penzance that discriminated against dog owners. No dogs allowed in this “charity” shop due to the salaried managers decision to ban them! Poor show from an animal charity that depends on the goodwill of others! Especially pet owners. Are the directors aware of this situation? No good will in this shop! The other 7 charity shops we visited could not have been more kind and welcoming in 3 of them we were offered free dog treats!!! You will find better service and a more positive attitude in any other charity shop in Penzance than this one"
"Really abrupt and rude. Won't accept exchanges due to Covid. Only tell you that after you've bought the item. Can accept clothes but obviously not ones they've previously sold.Other charity shops manage. Could still be polite. After a few run ins over different issues I'm not going back as I'm sick of being snapped at."
