"Well it is safe to say that Archie loves it here, never had an issue bringing him into the Vets so they must be alright. They do a pet club which includes flea and worm treatments and booster jabs etc. Always good, attentive with him, checks him over each time and, like I say, he is happy to attend. In fact, if we walk past them on walkies...the magic word!....he will try and walk towards their door."
"Amazing vets receptionists polite friendly and helpful. Kate the vet was so kind to our dog although we asked a million questions wasn't to busy to answer and reassure us. Thank you"
"Brilliant vets. Looked after our cat after he was hit by a car. He was lucky but wouldn't be here if it wasn't for their care and attention. They talked us through each decision thoroughly and clearly. They were considerate over cost accumulation. We felt involved, cared for and heard too. They agreed we could try him at home and I am pleased to say we are confident for his full recovery. Could not recommend these vets enough."
"Amazing help and support over the Christmas period while my bulldog was very poorly. Nothing was too much trouble. My pup ended up having two operations and I was dreading the bill, just four days before Christmas. Vets were transparent and explained everything clearly to us before, during and afterwards. While Donut was in their care, they called me every hour to update us. Money wasn't a priority for them at all. They were only interested in getting my puppy better. I paid the bill a few days later but was never once asked to pay. The bill was alot less than I expected, which meant not only was my puppy with us for Christmas but we were able to enjoy Christmas and New year without worrying about money. Highly recommend."
"My 11 year old mixed breed fur baby was referred here for her double cataract removal from Newquay Cornwall. Mia has never been keen with vets, like most however from the second of arrival, even with anxiety from having little sight, I seen a completely different response from her from the greeting she received on her first consultation. The day of surgery (2 days later) and every post op visit since I have had to hold Mia back from entry when we arrive, with even a nose nudge for an ajar door and the brilliant vet Michael having to wake her up to go home she's that relaxed there. Every member of the Team have been very supportive of the many (sorry!) Phone calls for advice. Thank you Team Westmoor for giving Mia a great experience, her eye sight back and my puppy back."
