"I had always liked going to this shop. However, for the first time, I took one of my pups in the other day, and on the way out, she dribbled wee on the carpet on the way out less than a teaspoon of wee. The man wasn't very customer friendly and made me feel bad and got me to clear it up. Just so you know, at pets at home, the staff say, "Don't worry," and clear it up for you."
