"Not known as vagtech anyone, known as J&A servicing. Untrustworthy, had a full service done on my vehicle during which they misplaced my locking wheel nut key, when questioned they said that they didn't remove the wheels at all during the full service which in itself is unacceptable. But then found the key in a side pocket of the vehicle. So they either didn't perform the full service or are untrustworthy and lied about where the key was placed. Never again."

Less parts used than i was originally quoted and they did the job in a few days at a cost less than originally quoted.. my car feels amazing to drive again...Spoke to my friend who recommended vagtech to me and to thank him, he tells me the owner/mechanic of this garage has been working on cars for over 30 years and knows his stuff esp. With German cars.. this is now my regular garage. I highly recommend this garage to anyone.. do not hesitate."
