"Very disappointed with the experience. Ended up spending £575 for tyres , MOT and service. The MOT passed but I was given the car back still with faults on the dash board so I am of the belief the car was not MOT checked properly( it cant have been). I had confirmed to me that if I took the car for an MOT somewhere else today it would fail. Paid £70 for engine diagnostic check and still have lights on the dashboard- will have to go somewhere else for this and contact VOSA/DVSA for the failings. I can see from previous reviews this place is not exactly performing to high standards and my experience is not unique. Would not advise using this place from my experience"
"Rude and sarky front desk. Paid £90 for apparent diagnoatics check and bulb replacement only for exact same warning lights to show up within an hour of collecting the car. Have since taken it to an independent for same checks and no longer have warning lights showing. So not really sure what KAMs did other charge me £90 to change a bulb. Fair enough if the work was done but no excuse for rude service. Manners and politeness cost nothing."
