"I came on time for my appointment. Told the job will take an hour. I came after an hour, but found they haven’t even started to work on my car and said I have to wait for another 30mins. I had to cancel the job. That was my first and last time to use them. Sadly, no respect for customer time. Not sure why they got 4 stars."

"Good for nothing rats Intended for the car to be fixed since 8/2/23. its stupid, “We will get it sorted out” Gave the car in 11:30am and towards closing time they called and claimed “A car was already on the lift at the time so we couldn’t repair yours” A CAR WAS ALREADY ON IT! So why in the world would you decide to take our car in? its disgraceful. 17/2/23 - Still Nothing, we had changed auto centres and that auto centre had changed us to Castle Bvld again! Once again foolishly going in expecting a different result, Guess not, Nothing on their system. It’s like reading the same chapter again, have one poor experience it will happen again. One of the employers that should’ve tried to resolve the issue didn’t and grinned saying “so what you want me to do?” its extremely rude to grin to a customer who is already annoyed in the first place. if you’re reading this I hope you don’t get this much of a appalling experience as I did. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"

"Just a rubbish experience at this place. Booked in for a brake test at 11.30am. Arrived 10mins early but absolutely nowhere to park, and you so you are blocking a busy carriageway as you try and decide what to do next. Eventually things get moved around parked up. Call into reception to book in and drop off keys and let them know that I need the car back for 2pm to pick the kids up from school. Take a walk around the retail park opposite for a couple of hours and pop back. Call into reception to be told that they have not had time to put it on a ramp yet. And that just because the online system gives you a booking that is just the time to drop it off, not when it will get looked at. The guys then tells me the earliest they can take a look will be around 5pm, and that I should call to find out how busy they are before dropping the car off. I couldn't help but shake my head, ask for the car keys back and get out of there."

"Amazing experience I had ordered the wrong size tyres and they were happy to order the correct size ones and offered me an earlier fixing date than the one I booked. When I walked in, I said I have to get to work in an hour and they were real quick."

"Annual service and MOT. Booking online was very easy. Parts had proven a challenge due to peculiarities of my vehicle, but they got it sorted for the next day. Good work done and handy for me at office too (same road)!"
