"Joke of a company. Can never actually get in contact with anyone, an engineer from their contractor company ‘whirpool’ broke our perfectly fine oven when giving it a routine service. Now been without an oven for 2 weeks. 0 interest in getting this fixed as an emergency, everyone has a different story. No one seems interested what so ever and still not fixed. Will be going elsewhere when the contract has ended."
"I’ve been with these for a number of years now, and whilst they are not fast in getting to you and repairing the item (normally 2-3 weeks for an engineer to even visit you) they have always repaired the product or replaced. My problem is their call centres harassing you to get more products insured with them. I’ve had numerous calls of all times of day for the past few weeks and when I finally get the time to answer outside of work, I get harassed by the person on the other end. Please listen to the customer on the phone telling you they don’t want more services from you and they are happy with everything. Don’t continue to make small talk to lead into another sales pitch. If I were someone elderly or alone and wanted a chin wag then great, you could spend all day on the phone with them but my time is limited and when I say I have had enough, I’ve had enough stop pushing further! Keep it simple."

"I called them to say my oven wasn't working 2 days before Xmas to be told noone could come for a week.i was told to find my own engineer pay for it and send d&g the bill for refund.i paid £150 sent the invoice several times and not even had a phone call. I called them numerous times and told different things every time. All I want is my money back they know we are pensioners and I had to borrow the money. I pay a monthly amount so I should get my money back .I dare not hold my breath"
"Terrible Company. Atrocious customer service. Over just the last few days I've been trying to get my boiler repaired. I've been hung up on twice and been told outright lies. Their website account portal doesn't work and tells you to call to arrange anything only to wait 30 minutes to be hung up on and lied to. When they do pick up they just give you the details of engineers to contact and arrange yourself. What's even the point? It'd be less hassle to pay the call out charges and deal with an engineer directly."
