"Really poor service and shoddy work. I asked Courtnee to fix a leaking shower, which someone came round to do. Four weeks later, the shower is leaking again. Messages go unanswered and he's supposedly arranged to come around twice and hasn't. No idea about professionalism, accountability or customer service. After Counter's response, posted below, "We sincerely apologise for the breakdown in communication and the missed appointments." "Sorry for the inconvenience caused and if you still would like this attending and resolving let us know. I did indeed get in touch again and he said he would arrange a date to complete the work, even if he had to do it himself. Of course, this hasn't been done, and again he hasn't responded to my phone calls or messages. What a pain in the backside this cowboy is. Clearly, once the money has been handed over, that's it. Where's the accountability? Don't bother using this outfit."

"The man I spoke to was friendly and I was given a quote and signed the form, yet I have heard nothing for weeks, despite sending emails and relentlessly calling. I wish they would have just said if they couldn’t do the job so I didn’t have to waist weeks trying to get it sorted. Really disappointed."
