"We had ordered a solar panel but when it arrived, found that it was far too large and heavy for our caravan. This was entirely our own mistake so we were fully prepared to pay for its safe return but the manufacturer refused to assist and told us to find a local courier. We researched the internet but found that due to the large dimensions, weight, high value, and the fact that the item was made of glass, none of the usual couriers could help us. We were extremely stressed and did not know which way to turn until a close friend recommended Grapevine Transport. We immediately phoned Nigel and he was absolutely brilliant! He promptly provided us with a quote which included insurance for the full value and a fully tracked and signed-for service with a next day delivery. He then collected it from us the following day and kept us fully informed by email of the item’s progress. We were so relieved when safe receipt was confirmed and really grateful that this nightmare was over! We have been so impressed by the service provided by Nigel and the Grapevine Transport Company. He answered all of our phone calls straight away and when we were required to provide screen shots of the logistics information as proof of delivery, he emailed them to us immediately. We have found Nigel to be totally professional and trustworthy, highly experienced and very friendly.
