"Very good service on our night out, I booked a taxi to meet my friend and go to town. They turned up quickly and happy to wait for my friend while this finished up getting ready. We then booked a return taxi around 2pm again prompt arrival. The taxi had been ment for two (me and my friend) however two people joined us and shared the taxi. The driver didn't fuss and all got home safely. Thank you"
"Taxi came within 3 minutes after calling and took me home safely. Used card to pay which was good as didn’t have to find cash. The driver was very polite and welcoming towards me, at the end of the journey they very kindly let me pay less than what it displayed on the phone which was very generous. "I asked for a taxi with access to a specific location, was told that my driver had all the correct passes to gain entry. Upon drivers arrival this was not the case. Due to time constraints had to get in taxi which was followed by a 1 mile walk to my final location whilst carrying a lot of luggage. Not acceptable to tell the customer one thing and then do another. On a good note the driver was apologetic and very polite."
