"My daughter is nearly 1 and just started at nursery 2 days a week. I was so comfortable leaving her after such a great settling in period over 8 weeks where she has spent a couple of visits a week at the nursery getting used to the staff and her surroundings. Everyone is so lovely and really keen to make sure the parents are as happy as the children. I love my little updates on the app and seeing how she is doing. My daughter also has an allergy that has been handled so well I couldn't have asked for more. I look forward to seeing my daughter develop here and make lots of friends with both the staff and children."

"I have two children aged 2 and 3 who have been at this nursery for the best part of two years and they absolutely love it. I cannot recommend this place enough. The activities are so well thought out to help encourage learning and development and they regularly update the app to let you know what they've been up to! My children go in smiling, and they come out smiling and with so much to tell me. Their learning and development has blossomed since they have been regularly attending here. More than anything, though, the ethos and energy of the staff is nothing short of amazing, and communication is always clear and timely. I can honestly say the entire team, without exeption, is always upbeat, friendly and incredibly attuned to the children. At home, my children often speak fondly about the staff and their peers at nursery. The manager and her deputy are always around and treat the parents and children with true warmth and respect. They have clearly created a very healthy and happy working culture for their staff too. It's a lovely environment to be able to leave my children in and we honestly don't know what we would do without them! Can't recommend them enough!"

"My daughter started nursery when she was 9 months and at the time we were fascinated by how friendly and welcoming the members of staff were that helped her settle in fairly quickly. Now she is 4 years old and will be leaving pre-school for school in September. She has built a strong bond with all members of staff and it won't be easy neither for her nor for us to leave this lovely place. "My son has been at this nursery since he was 1 (now 4 and in preschool) All the staff in all rooms have been amazing with him and he has absolutely flourished. Throughout the restrictions of covid the team explained the reasons for everything with empathy (most being parents themselves). Compared to other nurseries (from sibling experience) Bright Horizons Nottingham is far superior and i have every confidence that my child will be starting school with the best start."

"I had a bad day at the bright days horizons Nottingham. As we were stuck in traffic, I presumed that I will be late by 3-5 minutes. As a courtesy I had called them and informed about the delay. When we reached there the manager Krupa Mamotra was very rude and unprofessional who was shouting at my wife. When I reached there she still been very rude and unprofessional and asking for £5 fine for coming 4 minutes late. When I asked that I had been so many days waiting for 10-15 minutes at your doorsteps to collect my son , their explanation was that’s because we got only limited staff so you have to wait. This looks like the rules are only for the parents not for the staffs. Even after paying £450 for 3 half days in a week, we have been treated in a very unprofessional way. This is not the first time , she has been rude to us quite few times. We don’t deserve to be treated like this. The management should do something about it."
