"Disappointing. Came from Leicester and booked for 6 adults. Enquired beforehand if this was suitable as I wasn't sure if it was aimed just at kids. I was reassured that if I selected adult it would be suitable and challenging. When we arrived we were put in a waiting area with screaming kids. Then when our guide finally arrived she didn't appear to want to be there. She stayed with us throughout and we were made to feel like kids (covering our ears etc). When we completed we didn't even get a goodbye or anything for completing, unlike other escape rooms. On the whole it was overpriced and mis sold. I Wouldn't recommend for adults, or if you are used to escape rooms. But Im sure a group of kids would enjoy (as we could clearly hear)."
"Took our girls (4&5) here after we had done an escape room which they loved. Figured with this being more child orientated it should be great. Not sure when child focused became an excuse for lack of quality. The building is essentially a big shed filled with grey dry wall. There was a little girl having a birthday party in what looked like a prison canteen, which we sat and waited in until being hustled into the 'experience'. You have a guide with you, whose sole purpose is to check the next room to make sure you're not overlapping with the group in front like a game of mini golf. At one point we had to sit and type numbers into a console for about 10 minutes. This 'puzzle' was not a challenge, just a time delay until we were free to move on. One of the big draws is the fact there are lasers that need dodging. Being asked "how many lasers do you think you hit" at the end pretty much sums up the entire experience. We've done dozens of escape rooms and interactive events. Never have we experienced something so lazily slapped together. £70 for my kids to sit in a chair flicking light switches on and off while we wait for the next room to clear isn't my idea of a great interactive experience. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Avoid, save your money."
"The kids love this place. We have been to a few parties before, and the kids rave about it. So I booked it for my youngest son. Price was not bad, the food was OK. Very cold inside. But the staff were lovely and very helpful, we even had a bit of banter with them. If you need to change your booking, be aware that you'll have to call at least 3 times before the call is answered. There is no answer machine, and when you do get through and tell them, they will fob you off and say someone will call you back and never will.. So when we got there, they had no idea we wanted to add 1 extra child, but the staff at the venue were very understanding and accommodating. Very happy with the place and staff, just not the helpline staff."
"Can here on the 3rd of December for my son's 9th birthday. We did the family mission which was amazing! It was probably one of the most fun things we have ever done with our kids!"
"It has a carpark! Customer service was a bit lacking, and the building was cold. The concept is great, and the mission was fun and enjoyed very much by a party of 7 year old boys."
