"We had a persistent leak from our over-bath shower which caused damage to the kitchen below. From the first time we contacted Jerry through to completion he was professional, informative, clear and concise with his proposal for the work. His quote made the cost breakdown and timeframe for completion clear, and both were adhered to. In order to rectify the issue: - shower wall tiles stripped and rotten plasterboard removed - new cementboard installed - floor beneath bath reinforced for stability and all pipes / waste checked for integrity - shower re-installed - new decorative shower panels installed, including trim around window Most importantly, the leak has been resolved with the minimum of interference to the household. We would absolutely recommend JIPL and will happily use them again in the future."
