"Recently stopped in at Right Price Tiles and Wood Flooring, Belfast, looking for bathroom tiles after a long day of searching. We had a great experience. Gavin was very friendly and professional. He helped us out so well, he spent time with us understanding what we needed and the space we were working in. He then gave us great options, helped us load up the car with everything we needed and just made the whole experience really easy and pleasant! I would definitely recommend the store and especially the staff to anyone. And would 100% go back again if I ever needed any more tiles!"

"Spent over £4000 for my en-suite and skirting. Delivery took well over 3 months only to find out the sink I wanted wasn’t available and had to get one that wasn’t what I fully liked but decided to overlook this. When the skirting boards arrived 5 of them were damaged which was extremely frustrating as I had to borrow a van to bring these home, only to needing to come back a second time for their replacement. Final thing, shower doors fitted only to be told by the fitters the glass is warped, called right price and they said they’ll send a rep down and still no word.still can’t use my en-suite and I placed the order in July"
"Google won't let me give no stars!!!! Worst experience from staff I have came across, told order was complete, I was told to go and wait at my car, as staff were too busy on their phones to count order correctly(Neil assured me the correct quantity), upon questioning the order being short, I was told to drive to the warehouse myself and collect rest, as they were too busy(shop was empty!?). 3 visits to get order right, no apology and met with a lot of attitude from staff. Not sure were other reviewers were shopping, do yourself a favour, stay clear."
