"!!! BEWARE !!! Loads of stuff to much to mention, got a light Oak pvc window for £40 + vat , excellent condition , good service. Went back again to get a piece of wood L- 1200mm x ( 4f ) H-85mm ( 3" )W- 125mm ( 5" ) £60 , I needed 2 ,so my final bill + vat £144 , with a rough finish , not architectural , Very expensive.. for what i got .. feeling of buyers remorse. But still £144 for 2 small pieces of wood .?? Wow Ripped right off, my fault. I expected a bit honestly on their behalf, since they have the knowledge, didn't get it . What was I thinking...??? Had a Joiner look at it , it's 8ft of Plank for £144 , I feel like a Plank ... Beware !!!!"
"Friendly people and a great selection of salvaged goods. Particularly good amount of Belfast sinks, slates and chimney pots. Definitely worth a wander round."
"I do bonsai trees, so what I was after was quirky to say the least (some aged tiles and slates for mounting trees). The guys were a bit bemused but friendly & helpful. Found what I was after. Interesting place. Not hard to pay either."
"Not very helpful on the phone. I'm not knowledgeable about what i was inquiring about and wanted to speak to someone with knowledge, I needed to replace a door and have no idea how to even measure correctly. The guy on the landline was really helpful with his advice which was go look at gumtree. Everything you need to know is on there. Trouble is it isn't. I don't know if the measurements include the frame or just the door. I don't know if the frames have different widths. I don't know how to go about fitting the door myself. All I wanted was experienced advice on the products to avoid stupid mistake but apparently that's too much to ask from these guys"
