They did everything that they said they would extremely well. There was an issue with the availability of the stove we ordered so a visit to the office was needed to select an alternative. Paul and all the guys in the store room and the delivery driver at Glenhill were absolutely brilliant and we reached a happy compromise. Compared to many others in this sector Glenhill have a wholesome approach."

"Placed an order for a stove + fitting in Glenhill Merchants through their salesman Dennis. Order arrived on time however after checking it, there was a few things incorrect such as the wrong beam and wrong size of hearth. After raising my concerns with the workers who were fitting the stove (whom may I add were excellent & very professional) called the office to arrange for the correct size of hearth and the beam that we ordered. The correct size of hearth was got on the same day whilst the beam arrived the following day. The job completed by the fitters was fantastic and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking a stove fitted. I was just left a bit disappointed & stressed with the service from Glenhill themselves."

"Truthfully take your money anywhere else. My wife and I walked in thinking we would get a price, pay it and get it fitted. Only to be meet by Mr Irish guy (in short) who didn't have two minutes to walk us around and show us what they had to offer. Only for him to leave us (myself believing he was late for a hospital appointment or something like that) as fast as he was there at the door the "Help". Two other stores said no problem. Took the information and quoted for the job. This guy couldn't have given two Fecks what we wanted. BTW on or way out we seen him sitting with another salesman drinking tea or coffee leaving my wife and I completely disappointed and having to even find or own booklets on the products. Showroom nice, product nice, staff need customer service classes that I would be happy to take for them."

"Go elsewhere!. They use two handy men to fit the fires. Bodgit & scarper i think they call themselves. The gas fire was fitted two weeks late and was damaged by the fitters. I walked in to find Dessie testing the electrics by poking the live wire in a socket with a screw driver. He did not do the required tests for the guarentee or more importantly safety reasons. I had to chase up glenhill to get a gas safe certificate but i will have to pay for a suitably qualified gas engineer and electrician to come back and check the fire is safe. Dessie left the job with the a socket hanging off the wall with live wires exposed and not tightened in their position. He had also cut two wires off the fire starting adaptor and joined them back to front using gaffer tape. I touched the socket and received an electric shock as the wires were not even screwed in and I could have been killed. I have photos that I wish I could post on here. Dodgy Dave and dangerous Dessie who fit Glenhill's fires do not actually work for them so when you complain to Glenhill they don't care. Seriously go elsewhere as these people are messing with your gas and electric. Your insurance will be null and void, as will your guarantee for the fire and at worst someone could die."
