"Decent garage, but they need to work on their communication and customer service a bit. The good: - Took my car here for the last two MOT/services. The prices seem reasonable and they are always nice enough when I take my car in. - The staff seem pretty honest and I don't get the feeling I'm being ripped off or taken for a ride. The bad: - I had to confirm *three* times which service I wanted (when sending a booking request online, when confirming my booking over the phone, and when the garage phoned me after drop-off because it hadn't been specified on the paperwork). - The garage gave me NO notice of my car being finished and ready to collect. I chased them at 16:55 having heard nothing (and not realising they closed at 17:00) to be told that the car had just this minute been finished and was ready to collect. I told them that I live a 25 minute walk away and obviously cannot get to the garage in "
"Taken my car here twice now for repairs and they are always honest and helpful. Came in with a leak yesterday despite them being very busy and they have sorted it for me! I need my car for work so i am very grateful that they could fit me in and help me so quickly, they are also very fair with their repair prices compared with other garages.
