"Excellent service from the moment I rang to arrange a visit to discuss my third party insurance claim. At the site I met Ian, the Senior Vehicle Damage Assessor, who gave me full confidence that I had made the right decision choosing NK. My precious Porsche was collected from my home and delivered back to me when the excellent work was completed. While they have the car I asked for an alloy wheel, not part of the accident but slightly damaged, to be refurbished. The repairs were all done extremely well and my car had been thoroughly cleaned and polished. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you to all!"
"Should be 0 stars. Very simple repairs surpassed them. Half of a car was painted in wrong shade (metallic white instead white pearl) They do not possess even basic skills of 3 stage painting technique. They caused a lot of damages to the car including interior, electrics, sensors, water pump ... whole car was covered in paint runs and paint sags, interior was covered in paint dust ... it is a never ending list. The so called manager of this "repair" centre was an utter boor. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone - absolute disaster."
