"First visit, very impressed. The barmaid was very professional and I was made welcome immediately. We had a problem with my card payment and she even came to my table to try again. The other patrons all seemed really nice and when I went to the bar the third time, I assumed I was served by the owner, again made to feel very welcome. A really well run pub."
"Been using this pub as a lunchtime stop this week whilst visiting my wife in the QMC nearby. Today (Sunday) was my 3rd carvery and was just excellent! Choice of 4 meats today and a few extras over the usual weekday carvery. I have to say the quality of the fayre each day has been 1st class and is backed up by a friendly Landlord and equally friendly staff. Well done guys and thankyou"
