"It is truly a shame that i even have to put one star for a place so disgusting. Dessert town which is directly connected to Grill town on Mansfield Road is undoubtedly the worst food establishment me and my husband have ever eaten at, we ordered over the just eat app for two milkshakes and 2 Gelato ice cream desserts, not only did they lose the signal for their driver, then the driver text us saying he was outside, i gave him directions over the phone of how to get to our flat being that we live above shops, he said he cant come to the door we have to meet him outside, then he gave me the bag and immediately the bag handle snapped, when i took it to my husband and i looked in the bag, one of the milkshakes had gone everywhere in the bag and ice cram tubs had come loose, creating a horrible mess in the bag, finding the restaurant was very confusing as they are connected to grill town, which on just eat and google was closed so getting the number proved to be difficult, when finally getting the number, i was laughed and mocked over the phone when i was extremely angry at the disgraceful customer service me and my husband had received, the would be manager or whoever he was to the establishment then went onto to lie to us saying he was closed and all the chefs had gone home??? which i didn't understand due to it being milkshakes and ice cream?? this does not need a chef the last time i checked....then when i did say to him leave it but i will be taking this further to trading standards and health and safety due to food being exposed to open air through poor packaging, he suddenly changed his mind and said that he would be bringing a new order directly to us, which still seemed to take a while, further to this, we then got accused by the delivery driver who gave this would be a manager a lift in his car, of dropping the bag or damaging it and then he said "Just admit it..you dropped the bag" which is absolutely disgusting customer service, as if i would have dropped the bag the impact of the drop would have meant that it would have burst all over our floor or we wouldn't have seen any ice cream or milkshakes in the containers. We have never been so poorly treated from a food establishment in the four years me and my husband have been together and to be honest in the history of ordering from an online delivery service. I would personally never order from this place again and would also recommended to people to never order anything to do with ice cream or milkshakes as even the new order, the whipped cream had already melted, the milkshakes were tasteless and disgraceful and customer service as a whole was absolutely abysmal."
