"Extremely poor service - if you want to throw away £2000+ go to Tony. If you want anything, don't pay up front if you ever want to receive what you have paid for. I think one star on this review is generous, it just isn't possible to give lower. After paying him up front for parts we have heard a multitude of excuses in the 9 months since we originally paid for the work to be completed, if we even manage to get hold of Tony. Our calls have been avoided and you can only get through if calling from other numbers or using a withheld number. Once you can get through to him expect to hear a number of excuses including; "its in the factory", "I have poor service", "I'll call you back later". All your voicemails will be ignored. If you text him, they will be read and unanswered. This has been ongoing for 9 months with constant chasing and even being hung up on in recent times. I wouldn't use this company if the world was on fire and my (still broken) hot tub was the only refuge."
"What can i say about Tony the owner. I have run my one business for 30 yrs and have never met anyone like him for after sales service. I trusted him and paid in full for the hot tub when it was delivered even though there were no head rests. 12 months on still waiting, he will never answer the phone unless you withhold your number, met in person and he still promised he would sort the problem, but yet again NOTHING. Take it from me dont pay until your satisfied because you wont get him back. All he cares about is his boat not your satisfaction. BE VERY WARY, good luck"

"I’ve recently bought a hot tub from Bristol Hot tubs after having done extensive research. When I met with Tony he was very thorough at explaining everything I needed to know with regards to size, layout, colour and what was needed and included. Delivery and installation was great too. Would highly recommend and have already passed on their number."
"Very poor service. I was initially impressed with Tony and his seeming passion for his products. I placed my order and was given a 6 week lead time. 6 weeks turned to 8 weeks but I was guaranteed delivery for Wednesday. Meetings cancelled so I could be at home and available for the exciting new tub. Suddenly it will be Thursday. Different meetings cancelled. Wednesday evening, I realise that Tony hadn't confirmed times or address so I sent a message. Thursday kicked off with a message saying he was 'out of Bristol' and can he move installation to Friday? Covid has been disruptive to everyone. I'm disappointed but I can wait another day. I confirm an 11am delivery. 11.30am I call to check he's not lost. No answer. I try again and again throughout the day. calls, messages, emails. No response. It's now 10pm and I've not had a message or apology. Nothing I mean... It doesn't get more first world problems than this, but I've been dreaming of a hot tub for years. My entire weekends plans revolved around sitting in warm water with a steadily increasing urine content. Thankfully we weren't asked for a deposit because I would feel properly scammed rather than just utterly disappointed. I also feel that we've had a close call. if it's this hard to get a response when we were paying nearly ten thousand pounds, how likely would we be to get support after we paid? Go to a company that cares about their reputation."
