"Used Cyprus Villa Retreats last year, 7 bedroom Luxury Villa, was not luxury, furnishings old and broken, lots of kitchen equipment missing customers service poor. They seem to work on the basis if the customer doesn’t point out what is missing or broken then spend nothing. Booked Villa Margarita 3 bedroom,Coral Bay on the 13 September 2022 for 10 days. Good things, Villa was nice and clean furniture basic but serviceable, great location and private pool. However, see attached pictures of pool, the border is hanging off with the glue underneath exposed. This is not luxury and another example of how the company puts saving money on maintenance over customer service. This issue has been around for a least 2 years but not fixed. Was informed it happened this season and was a problem with the glue. A lie, I asked on 3 separate occasions when this was first notified by customers or maintenance team, refused to answer, asked for proof it was replaced this season, refused. I advised that the pool is not suitable for young children as the exposed glue will get on hands and swim wear and customers should be offered alternative accommodation until fixed. This will definitely not happen, effectively told you complained last year so why did you book with us again. If they were serious about customer care when things that are obviously broken/ missing are notified thou shouldn’t be treated as a difficult complaining customer but your feedback welcomed so they can address for the benefit of current and future guests. Nice Villa poorly maintained."

"I cannot recommend Cyprus Villa Retreats enough! After being let down by a previous Villa Company for our wedding - Cyprus Villa Retreats swooped in & saved our day! They were truly fantastic from the moment we contacted them! Nothing was too much trouble! They were constantly on contact with me regarding the villa & responded to every single question or niggle I had. The villa itself was AMAZING & we were made to feel so special, from the welcome hamper, meet & greet to the emails regarding late checkout, the team were fantastic & did everything in their power to help us. I absolutely cannot recommend Cyprus Villa Retreats enough & we will definitely be using them again in the future!"

"About to leave our amazing holiday in Cyprus. So sad to be leaving. We are a party of 14 so had 2 villas and both were so lovely, spacious and clean. We had an issue with our oven in one of the villas and a new oven was installed in less than 2 hours. The service is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to book again"

"Lovely villa, close to Coral Bay shops and restaurants. Beach is in walking distance but would need a car for children. Large supermarket 5 mins by car, fantastic fresh produce and wonderful bakery. Pool was amazing and spent most of our days in there. Quiet location but close to other villas. Lounge was quite spacious and kitchen had everything needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and all air con worked well. Ceiling fans were also greatly appreciated."
