"Rooms are quite old, not very well furnished. Never got the wifi that was promised. Location is good though"
"I would give this place 0 stars if i could, paid 7500 pounds for 22 nights. Got an apartment with broken curtain, broken window handler, broken bin, disgusting smell in the apartment, lights not working, super bad cleaning, heater not even working, lift broken for 5 days now, and you call your self a 4 star place? Disgusting, even after complaining about all these stuff they told me they would bring someone the next day to fix the problems and no one came. Garbage, 0 stars would never recommend anyone to set foot in this place."
"Had a two-bed flat, which had a nice layout and new-ish kitchen. But… No air-con, which I suppose is not too surprising given the price, but that means in August you must have all the windows open. And the pub downstairs is very, very loud and the crowd spills into the street beneath your windows. Also the underground trains rumble the building every couple minutes from 5am to midnight. On top of that, there are burnt out lights, they didn’t give us a towel for every person, the wifi took some figuring out (it’s not the network on the keychain they give you), the drapes don’t close to block out any light shining in from close-neighboring office buildings that leave lights in overnight, and the back elevator and lobby (which is closer to half of the flats) absolutely stinks of garbage. I won’t be back, and I regret booking it for so long as there isn’t anything else available nearby to change to. If I were traveling alone for work, this would probably all be tolerable, since I wouldn’t be spending much time there. But I chose this place to have a flat so I could travel with my family. Not recommended."
"Late check in when I arrived because their cleaning team was understaffed, and it showed. I stayed in their 1-bedroom apartment for 8 days, below are my experiences with the stay: Bedroom: listed as queen bed, but it was a small full-sized bed. Not a comfortable bed. Bathroom: toilet didn't have a tank and felt like you were using a public toilet. It does not flush easily. Living room: decent view. The 2 seat red couch was absolutely disgusting, very heavily stained. Kitchen: same, cabinets seemed like they were water damaged. Fridge smelled weird. I wanted to cook breakfast there but the stainless steel pan was so stained. Found an appliance book under the sink and it was the grimiest thing I've ever touched. Bugs: found a cockroach in the utility closet when I was digging out a fan, the rooms were too warm during the day. No instructions on how to use A/C. This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at. Not good value for the money, I suggest staying at a proper hotel nearby or go farther out from the financial district."
