"Great location, clean and stylish apartment, highly recommend: This apartment is located in a prime spot and offers a clean and stylish design."
"Perfect for family trip, spacious and well-located apartment: This spacious and well-located apartment was the perfect place for a family trip to London."
"Arrived with my husband and 2 year old, had a great time. Very comfortable to stay with a child- a suitable bed, a kitchen to cook her meals, a tv to watch her Netflix shows. Really felt like home. On top of that the flat was so clean, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Of course, the location is perfect- had the park on one side, and all the other beautiful Mayfair streets on the other. We can’t wait to come back to our next vacation. Highly recommended!"
"Park lane The location is 5 star. Conveniently located in a relatively quiet street but within easy walking distance to Hyde Park and Green Park, Green Park metro, and lots of local cafés as well as upmarket shopping. There is no reception and when I arrived no answer to the door and no answer to the housekeeping number supplied. I took my luggage off and found a nearby cafe to sit and wait and the house keeper did ring and I was able to go back and store my luggage in the foyer until check in time. I was a little concerned about leaving it unattended (no locked storage was offered) but was advised it would be monitored by security TV. I never actually met anyone in charge - just spoke to a gentleman housekeeper over the phone. The tiny lift didn’t work - I think it was stuck on another floor because the 2 doors hadn’t been shut properly- a safety feature- and being fit (I was in London for the London Marathon) I was able to manage the three flights of stairs each day no trouble but not sure everyone could. I did use the lift successfully on the last day to take my luggage down to ground floor. I had a larger apartment than I expected on the top floor. The apartment is definitely a little tired and dated but has a certain charm and I was quite comfortable during my stay. It certainly is not 5 star accommodation by any stretch of the imagination but I would say close to 4 star due to the space and size of the kitchen. The pressure in the shower is low and it does take time for the water to get hot. My bed was quite comfortable. I realise maintenance work does need to be done but the drilling noise during the day was very annoying and I had no warning of this. There was also construction noise in another building nearby. Despite having a ‘please service my room’ sign on the door this didn’t happen. I gave up on my 4th day and just used towels from the main bathroom. A pleasant gentleman did immediately come and open my door when I accidentally left the keys inside. Overall, my stay was pleasant and location was a big plus! I would say not quite 4 ⭐️ but more than 3⭐️"
"We have been stayed in well 50 vacation rentals over the years and this one was by far the worst experience we have had. The main point they are hiding from you is the pictures in the listing are not of the unit you will probably be staying in. They have several of these apartments and while the number of beds is the same the quality of the unit is FAR from what is pictured. The terribly low quality in the workmanship in the 2 different apartments we stayed at can't be described adequately. The amount of corners being cut in maintenance is shocking. The lobby of the apartment building is old and dingy and packed with suit cases, shipping boxes and trash bags. It feels more like a youth hostel in a bad part of town instead of a luxury apartment building. We received zero communication before our check in. I was given a contact person that was going to check us in but they never answered repeated messages the days before our arrival. The office said he was busy and I just need to call him. The office wouldn't provide their phone number. If you look at their reviews on other websites it is clear they have been pulling this bait and switch game for a while. Run, don't walk away."
