"Excellent, could not expect more"
"My cockapoo had a very matted thick coat. Kay asked me lots of questions about my dog and the look I wanted and that she would ring me halfway through to tell me progress (This is something no ever groomer has offered)I'm pleased she did as she said she was pretty bad and that all her curls would go and she would be sleek and face framed as long as that was OK, we agreed that it was best for my dog. Well when I picked her up was very pleased as was expecting a patchy dog which is what has happened before by another groomer, but not this time she still had a coat and no bald bits plus nails done very happy will use again and diffinatly recommend.
