"Terrible passive aggressive attitude, talked to me like I'd never owned or had a dog before, despite being a registered breeder in the past. Said that if they needed to spend more than 20 minutes combing out knots, then they'd have to take all of my dogs coat off! I have a breed of dog that does knot easily if brushing is not done for a few days. She was hardly matted and full of knots which was what was implied. Can't rate the grooming as I left due to the groomers very poor customer service and school teacher attitude. Won't be trying them again"

She is a cavapoo and is not a fan of having her hair groomed, however, Hayley is absolutely great with her, takes her time and gives her the best groom - she always smells fabulous!!"
