"Love this place. Stayed in Otters Raft a small one bed flat but beautifully furnished and clean, well equipped kitchen and four poster bed. Great size for two people for a break away and my dog was welcome too."

"Host was lovely and met us at the property with his two lovely daughters. The property is cosy and the fresh eggs and milk were lovely, we also made friends with two cats, both made our trip. Finding the property was hard, there wasn’t any signs for it, without the host meeting us, we wouldn’t of found it. The parking isn’t easy, and cannot fit four cars like stated, the front of the property was pretty, but filthy, cobwebs everywhere, a rag of some sort on the drive, windows were dirty. Out the back was the same, filthy dirty (it was stifling hot in the property but we couldn’t open the windows nor doors due to the sheer amount of cobwebs), one of the chairs outside was also broken, and we couldn’t lock the back doors. Walking inside we were hit with the smell of the elderly, the property looked and felt dated, the decor was mismatched, the painting was awfully done (you could see where light switches had been moved, paint was chipping off, loads of scuff marks), both bedroom doors were uneven (when closed, the top would hang open), the carpet tiles were filthy, freezer had a spill at some point and it was left to harden, cooker took forever to get warm, Wi-Fi didn’t work and 4G wasn’t great, the bathroom is nice but very small, the toilet seat was broken (my mum is disabled so she was worried) and the towel rail was also broken, table in living room was broken, and the chairs are unbearably uncomfortable. The little attention to details and extra cleaning could really make this place fantastic, especially with how close it is to wells & Glastonbury."

"The place is very nice. The 2 young hosts great. Michael who also runs the location is a bully and has been harrassing my disabled and blind dad over a cancelled booking that wasnt even in his name or anything to do with him. So much so we have called the police and are attempting to get a restraining order. If you book, make sure you have protection from likes of trip advisor. Anyone wishing to see evidence of this can contact me."

"Lovely little cottage ideal for 2 host was very welcoming name of jake. Warm and cosy everything you need was in there including a bottle of local produced milk which was delicious. Would be ideal honeymoon stay. Weston and burnham just a short drive away lovely country location."

"Very comfortable and spacious property in good location close to western supermare sea front and cheddar gorge 20 minutes away. The property is very clean and well equipped for a lovely few days away. We have really enjoyed our stay."
