"EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM MARIUS We had to have our boiler repaired today and looked around the internet to find some decent that will take us out of the misery !!! And what a great find -Marius answer the phone promptly and reached our house within an hour, identifies the problem and goes out to get the part and replaced it in record time . What a fantastic man , polite ,kind ,very professional which rarely you’ll see in tradespeople these days , also fare value for the job . Not to forget that on his way out I’ve mention about a problem with the tap in the kitchen …he had a look quickly and got a part from his van and fix it instantly- amazing !!! that shows commitment to give the highest level of service to his customers . "After being massively ripped off by a cowboy local emergency plumber, Marius came out promptly and effectively diagnosed the issue which was with my macerator toilet. Despite being a pretty grim job he handled it with good humour and did a great job. Would highly recommend and am glad to know I now have a plumber to hand that I can trust."
