"Had an appointment for operation at 9.15 and arrived around 9 before being told that the appointment has been moved to 10.15 because of something to do with a vet being pregnant but also was told they cant operate as the rabbit has not been eating properly so unsure why the appointment was made in the first place, no apologies from staff, had to cancel appointment in then end and go to Trowbridge who were very helpful. Poor experience for me from B.O.A reception, was looking at me as if it was my fault for their failure, and was slagging me off to the other branch when they phoned to enquire what had gone wrong, would not recommend."
