"first groom by the owner, no problems at all. however, second groom by another older member of staff not good at all. when collecting my dog ,she had what looked like a open gash to her back leg. it looked red raw and open and sore. like she had been cut. the older groomer said she found it and it must have already been there prior to grooming. we took her to the vet who confirmed that the cut was fresh and recent. everyone makes mistakes and i accept that. but not owning up to them and lying your way out of them means that you are not learning from them and that is why we will not be returning to this place"
