"Don't waste your money here. We brought our Scottie/poodle cross in, asking for his fur to be cut fairly short but still a bit curly. Instead, they turned him into a whippet by shaving him almost bald. He doesn't even look like the same dog. When my fiancée pointed this out, the woman just said 'it'll do him some good'. This was after she'd rudely told us to wait outside as there was a queue (there was one couple in front of us - hardly a queue) despite us being on time for our 4pm appointment. She was rude and patronising the whole time. It's also really pricey compared to other local independent groomers, who do a much better job. Tldr: bad customer service, don't do what you ask, overpriced"
