"Great service and location. Car parking facilities are to the rear of the hotel and and there is plenty of room.. The staff that we saw are lovely. Our room was on the top floor and was clean with a comfy bed and great views over the hills opposite. There was plenty of choice for breakfast including freshly cooked full English, toast and preserves, croissants, cereals and fresh fruit . Would definitely recommend a stay here as it is in a great position for exploring the surrounding area and the Yorkshire Dales."

"A lovely family friendly hotel! Friendly staff, good prices, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and great breakfast! We explored the area, visited the Keighley Bus Museum and got to ride on a steam train for the first time, which was a big hit with the children. Highly recommend booking with Dalesgate, if you want to try all those things in the day and get some serenity after a day of fun."
"Five star rating based on service and location. Car parking facilities good. Staff lovely. We had a slight issues with water pressure in the shower but were assured that this would be resolved ASAP. On that basis, definitely a five star review. Don't get me wrong, it's not the Ritz, but it's also not Ritz prices. The rooms were very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (As I've always found in Yorkshire) and we will definitely use again."
