"If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in after the doctors to collect two prescriptions and stood there for 15 mins without so much as an acknowledgement that I even existed. I realise atm that pharmacies and gps are stretched paper thin but there was not so much as a ‘we’ll be with you in a moment’ ! Customer service is non existent. I usually use listers in brownsover and will definitely never be back to this one again!"

"The worst pharmacy EVER! I've ordered my repeat prescription more than a week ahead. And when I came to collect my meds, I was informed , that they are not ready yet, and then I was asked to come back the next day after 4 p.m. So I did... and found the pharmacy locked, with the information that it's due to shortage of staff!!! Didn't they know that the previous day??? And it happened to me once before, but then they didn't even bothered to leave the note!!! I found it RUDE and absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! Of course, I am changing my pharmacy, and maybe, if more people will follow me, they will finally have sufficient ratio of staff to customers to provide good service. Would not recommend this pharmacy to the worst enemy!"

"Badly run! Huge waiting times! Prescription never ready even going there after a text to say it is! Needs a full refurb! Looking shabby! Overworked stressed staff who sometimes shout from back rather than come to counter to serve you! Used to be an ideal little chemist before Covid being attached to doctors! Not anymore! Does not even deserve 1 star but many minus stars! One note to end! Plenty of nice weather is needed to visit this chemist as the queue is outside!!!!"

"Only got 1 star because you cant do minus. Badly run, untidy, prescriptions constantly not ready despite receiving text saying they are, long queues and waiting times to be served. Yet again only received a proportion of medicines and second visit some of it still wasnt there despite them ordering it in during my first visit. And yet the chemist round the corner DOES have those medicines in. No wonder customers are leaving in droves, clearly this place is not properly run and administered."

"Rude staff , not helpful, very rude . Never have the prescriptions ready when they text you! Was never like this when Robert and Mags worked there ! I get asked why a member of my family would need a prescription if he wasn’t taking it when they owed it ! I don’t think you should be able to ask questions like that especially when you gave my grandson the wrong meds a few months ago and rang my daughter to see if he was still breathing !! And that you had dispensed the wrong meds to a 4 year old ! Both myself and my daughter have moved from this pharmacy gone to a much better place, knights pharmacy and bilton pharmacy. At least their staff know how to treat people with respect ! And receptionist from central surgery tell you that they have had so many complaints well what can I say ! Thanks but no thanks !"
