"I left a review on the 18/01/2018 about my concerns with my property as unsuitable for living -seen in the attached screenshot. Shortly after that Nina contacted me and promised to resolve all my issues by end of the month. I was glad that we were finally making good progress but up till today which is about 6 months now, she was only able to clear the garage. I was hoping they would change the cooker as well because it had no safety device and we had 2 incidences of gas leak. But for my safety and that of my kids I had to buy a new cooker. However Nina was swift in sending an engineer to remove the old and fit mine. Unfortunately, my issues have not been resolved because the garden has not been sorted. The worst part of it is she doesn’t return my calls or reply messages. So, I ended up paying to clear out a bit so we could open the windows without all sorts of insects flying in - as seen in the pictures attached. Anybody willing to rent from this agent should beware because, apparently, they are more interested in letting the property without regard for safety and maintenance."
