The staff are always uber-friendly. The prices are very reasonable, and much lower than the competition. If you're looking for a great hotel in a great location, then the Croft Hotel is for you!"
"Wanted a refund after reading reviews about bed bugs, hotel point blank refused even though my friend is allergic to insect bites. Was forced to book another room for my friend at a different hotel, and yes, there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE and the hotel is full of homeless people. Disgusting hotel with rude and unhelpful staff. AVOID."
"By the end of my 2 day stay, the lights were not working because of flooding issues on the day. Aside from that, I had mold on the window frame, chipped wallpaper, a very firm single bed with one pillow, and a shower that fluctuated in temperature while in use. That being said, it is cheap despite its location. You get what you pay for; a less than ideal room in a good position not far away from town or any amenities."
