"First time staying and I would 100% recommend and stay again in a heartbeat! Spacious double room with lots of features! The shower was incredible with a great cut out design to turn on/adjust before you step in - fantastic touch. Pleasant, friendly, amazing staff who went above and beyond to advise on where everything was in the hotel, made conversation and not just the usual small talk. The bed was genuinely comfortable and room included more than enough amenities; iron, coffee machine, notepad, fridge, white company toiletries, blackout curtains. This is the quietest hotel I have ever been in and it is dog friendly which ticks an extra box for me!"

"My partner and I stayed here for a weekend (2 nights), our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room itself is spacious and decorated lovely, the desk is behind the bed so I was able to do my makeup with the lamp on and not disturb my boyfriend while he was in bed. The big windows were lovely and really brightened up the room, the bed was big and very comfy; we both slept amazingly well. We were able to use the air conditioning which was really simple to turn on and adjust the temperature, didn’t have to faff around trying to turn it on. Now onto the bathroom (my favourite part), it was absolutely spotless! The mirror in the bathroom was very handy as when the bathroom steams up from the shower there is a square of the mirror that doesn’t steam up, I was very impressed with this lol. The shower, THE SHOWER, was the best shower I have ever used, it was so spacious and so easy to use and adjust the temperature. It was decorated so nicely as well, black and white. The only problem that I had was the kettle didn’t boil, maybe I didn’t use it correctly but it didn’t boil when I tried to use it a couple of times, apart from that the room was amazing! We had a drink in the bar and it was a really nice atmosphere, if we ended up in Leicester we would definitely stay here again and if we go to Manchester we will definitely be staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester. "First time staying here ( from our of country). It looks like it has just opened. The staff is very friendly as is the service. Restaurant is really good. Good selection of drinks and food. Buffet breakfast is your typical English full and you have the option of cereal, fruits etc. Coffee and tea, juice. If you want fresh eggs and whatever style you want the chef will make it for you. The food was tasty. The room was nicely decorated and well equipped with retro style radio, telephone, had a mini fridge, a good selection of coffee and tea. They even leave you some cookies how nice is that. The bathroom was amazing. The layout is well thought out. One really good thing that I noticed was that they have lots of UBS ports and they even have an outlet for 110-120v so all you need is an adapter as long as your appliance is rated and can be used without a converter. Overall a very nice hotel. Highly recommend. Not sure what it's going to be like in a few years but right now it's fantastic."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel facilities were excellent, with lovely lounge and dining areas, a very relaxed and comfortable place to be with brilliant, friendly staff. Housekeeping was spot on and the food was lovely. With the great food and relaxed vibe, we changed our plans of dining out and only dined in the hotel throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again."

"The hotel and room were immaculate. Hotel bar has a great selection of drinks and cocktails at a competitive price. My partner said the Golden Apple cocktail was the best cocktail she had ever tasted. It was a shame the hotel bar closed so early on a Saturday night. While the room and bathroom were great, the shower did not drain efficiently, causing the bathroom floor to flood. All things aside, a very pleasant one night at the Hotel Brooklyn and we would look forward to staying again if we ever were in Leicester."
