"HIFU treatment will make your face have marks lasting for 10 days. I make the payment through the phone and pay for the extra session in the clinic after the first time treatment. I saw a lot of marks on my face after treatment and my therapist said it was normal. It will disappear in a few hours. So I paid for the extra session after the treatment. But the marks was lasting in my face for around 10 days. It's not matched with the website and the therapist said it to me. I requested a refund. They gave me a lot of excuses and encouraged me to change to skincare or other treatments. I choose skincare but it's been 2 months still not shipped out the skincare products to me. rubbish company!!!!!!!"

"I had the HIFU facial which was a great experience and a boost as i kick start my well being plan and set my own holistic targets. Tina at Vivo Leicester is clearly extremely knowledgeable and gave a detailed insight into my treatment and what to expect. I felt reassured and comfortable.
